PCM(Prepreg Compression Molding),即预浸料模压成型工艺,是一种预先将树脂浸渍在纤维增强材料中的复合材料半成品,具有质轻和强度高的特点;成型流程包括了材料准备、预处理、成型和产品后处理等这几个步骤。

预浸料是一种多功能复合材料,在众多领域中发挥着重要作用,尤其是航空航天领域,包括民用飞机、喷气战斗机、直升机、航空发动机、卫星和火箭。

PCM成型自动化生产线通常由原材料准备、预浸料铺放、模具装配、加热固化、冷却脱模和成品检验等环节组成。

A.原材料准备:选择符合要求的热固性树脂预浸料和增强纤维,确保材料的质量和性能满足设计要求。

B.预浸料铺放:利用半自动铺放设备将预浸料按照预定的层数和方向铺放在模具中,确保铺放均匀、无气泡和褶皱。

C.模具装配:将铺放好预浸料的模具进行装配,并安装加热元件和温度传感器,为加热固化过程做准备。

D.加热固化:启动控制系统,根据预设的工艺参数(如温度、压力和时间)对模具进行加热和加压,使预浸料在模具内固化成型。

E.冷却脱模:固化完成后,关闭加热元件,让模具自然冷却至室温。然后拆除模具,将成品从模具中取出。

F.成品检验:对成品进行外观检查、尺寸测量和性能测试,确保产品质量符合设计要求。

Prepreg is a versatile composite material that plays a crucial role in numerous fields, particularly in the aerospace sector, encompassing civil aircraft, jet fighters, helicopters, aero-engines, satellites, and rockets.

PCM Automated Molding Production Line typically consists of the following stages: raw material preparation, prepreg laying, mold assembly, heating and curing, cooling and demolding, and finished product inspection.

A. Raw Material Preparation

Select thermosetting resin prepregs and reinforcing fibers that meet specifications, ensuring material quality and performance align with design requirements.

B. Prepreg Laying

Use semi-automated laying equipment to place prepregs into the mold according to predetermined layer counts and orientations, ensuring uniform laying without air bubbles or wrinkles.

C. Mold Assembly

Assemble the mold with prepreg layers installed, and install heating elements and temperature sensors to prepare for the heating and curing process.

D. Heating and Curing

Activate the control system to heat and pressurize the mold based on preset process parameters (e.g., temperature, pressure, and time), enabling the prepreg to cure and form within the mold.

E. Cooling and Demolding

After curing is complete, turn off the heating elements and allow the mold to cool naturally to room temperature. Then, disassemble the mold and remove the finished product.

F. Finished Product Inspection

Conduct visual inspections, dimensional measurements, and performance tests on the finished product to ensure quality compliance with design standards.
