管道加热器是主要对液体或气体流进行加热的电加热设备。加热器的发热元件为不锈钢电加热管，加热器内腔设有多个折流板（导流板），引导液体或气体流向，延长液体气体在内腔的滞留时间，从而使其充分加热，提高热交换效率。加热器的加热元件为不锈钢无缝钢管内装入电热丝，空隙部分填满有良好导热性和绝缘性的氧化镁粉后缩管而成的。当电流通过高温电阻丝的时候，产生的热通过结晶氧化镁粉向加热管表面扩散，再传递到被加热液体中去，以达到加热的目的。
The pipe heater is an electric heating equipment which mainly heats the liquid or gas stream. The heating element of the heater is stainless steel electric heating tube, the heater is provided with a plurality of baffle plate (guide plate) in the inner cavity to guide the flow of liquid or gas, prolong the retention time of liquid gas in the inner cavity, so as to make it fully heated and improve the heat exchange efficiency. The heating element of the heater is stainless steel seamless steel tube filled with electric heating wire, and the gap part is filled with magnesium oxide powder with good thermal conductivity and insulation after shrinking tube. When the current through the high temperature resistance wire, the heat generated by crystal magnesium oxide powder to the heating tube surface diffusion, and then transferred to the heated liquid, in order to achieve the purpose of heating.
